Retired at 76
A new life and understanding of what to do with my day.
Fortunately I like many things and possibly too many making me a Jack of all and Master of none.
Mainly… Gardening, Photography and Caravanning.
Leading to most of the articles I shall be commenting on
I am aware of the fact that the arm chair is a nice place to be, secure and safe, but also a threat to one’s life.
It is easy to get to used to sitting and watching TV.
The longer you sit the harder it is to get out.
Leading to increased weight, lack of fitness etc.
So while I am sat in the chair I can keep myself occupied and put my thoughts and feeling for others to share.
The idea of an armchair being safe and secure and yet a threat to one’s life is interesting:)

Now 76 hears and even more convinced my statements are true.
Sit in an armchair only when you are tired.
You need stimulation from life to keep you young, socialise as much as you can. Go to bed physically tired.
A good nights sleep will cure you for the next day.
Retirement is not what it seems, it is so easy to opt out of Life, that is when Old Age begins.
